Candidate Qualifications for All Clients of The TBR Group:
The ideal candidate for all sales positions must have a four-year degree and must have a proven track record of success in school, employment (no job-hoppers!), and other extracurricular activities
(such as sports, student government/leadership, social clubs/sororities/fraternities, etc). All candidates must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a lot of enthusiasm and energy.
Candidates must work well in a quota-based atmosphere, with a team and/or independently, and know that sales is the career path for him/her.
